Domestic shipping services we offer

USPS PRIORITY MAIL – All domestic orders will receive priority mail shipping through UPS at a charge of $ 15 per pack of 6 units ($1.50 ea.). Your package will be delivered within 48-72 hours on business days. You will be able to track this shipment via USP’s Tracking.

For international shipping customers.

You will receive shipping via UPS. Your package will be delivered within two to five (2-5) business days. You will be able to track this shipment via UPS’s Tracking System.

Canada and Mexico each 6 pack will cost $ 36 ($ 3 ea.) if you decide us to ship it for you via UPS’s, then Shipment Tracking via UPS’s Shipment tracking system, or please indicate your preferred carrier or shipping method in your order

All other international destinations please indicate your preferred shipping method, it will be collect, if you cannot, we will arrange shipping for you and advise.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Most international orders will ship out within one to two (4-6) business days of ordering. You should add the transit time to the processing days.

We DO NOT ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking or shipping information.

Note: Orders placed during weekends and holidays, will be attended the following business day.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We do not currently offer Overnight or 2 day shipment via our website. For any urgent orders, please contact our office via mail,info@aktive-usa.com for special instructions, we will do our best to take care of your order and upgrade a shipment.
